• Categories: While we currently focus on ladies’ wear, we reserve the right to expand into new categories at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to provide national coverage, including rural areas of India.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. ApneKapade.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or natural disasters.

6. Returns and Physical Verification

• 7-Day Policy: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
• Physical Verification: Refunds are only processed after the physical receipt and inspection of goods at our Pune facility.
• Rejection Right: We reserve the full right to reject returns if the product is used, washed, or damaged.
• Costs: Actual “to and fro” courier charges will be deducted from the refund for all returned items.

7. Home-Business Partnership Program

• Ladies joining our mission to work from home act as independent partners.
• ApneKapade.com provides the platform and products; however, partners are responsible for their own local marketing and customer interactions.
• The “little to no investment” model is subject to the specific partnership agreement provided upon registration.
