- Right to Reject
ApneKapade.com reserves the full and final right to accept or reject a return based on the physical inspection. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or altered, the return will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Shipping & Courier Charges
To keep our prices competitive, the cost of logistics is borne by the customer:
- Actual Courier Charges: For all accepted returns, the actual shipping costs for both the original delivery and the return journey will be deducted from the refund amount.
